A crucial component for a spool, this adapter fits snugly onto a bearing on one side and the inner spool hole on the other. This ensures that the spool remains centered on the rod for smooth turning. The specifications of this adapter are as follows: - Spool inner diameter: 52.1mm - Bearing type: Type 608, with a diameter of 22mm and a depth of 7mm This adapter was designed to fit an 8mm rod but can accommodate up to 11mm rods if the bearings can support it. A SCAD file is included for easy adjustment of dimensions. Instructions: Stuff needed: - 2 printed parts (one on each end of the spool) - 2 Type 608 bearings - 1 8mm rod - 2 M8 nuts - 2 M8 swimmers To assemble, simply insert the bearings into the prints, then place the prints into the spool. Next, attach the whole assembly to a rod using swimmers between the nuts and the bearings. Assemble the holder according to your own design as shown in the picture.
