This adapter is designed to fit spools with a 50mm diameter hole. It's also suitable for 20mm diameter rods or pipes made from aluminum, which I produced using my MonkeyFab Prime 3D printer. Since this adapter doesn't require bearings, it simplifies the installation process. Additionally, there's a +1mm tolerance in the inner hole, allowing it to fit even if your printer isn't perfectly calibrated. So far, it works flawlessly for me.
