I have several spools that are 53-55mm hubs but my spool holder is 20mm so I made this adapter to keep them spinning nicely and not rest on the printer. Note: this does not work with the stock Duplicator i3 spool holder it's made to work with a Taulman-style spool holder I use it with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1547826 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:559623 Print Spool Adapter - Covered Bulkhead.stl and Spool Shim.stl if you want an integrated system the shim is designed to slide over the nut that holds the bulkhead on this will leave a fraction of the nut protruding the spool adapter will slide onto the remainder keeping your spool on the adapter please note on the spool holder that the nuts need to be printed scaled to 103% while the bulkhead prints at 100% the shim in this thing does not need to be scaled up if you don't use this spool holder use Spool Adapter.stl Print Settings Printer Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts No Supports No Resolution 0.2 Infill 25% Notes No rafts or brim needed on my printer your mileage may vary
