I tweaked the head component for better print quality, then re-engineered the legs since they wouldn't print properly. The rest of it printed out just fine from the original file: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:182159. I made a small adjustment to the arm so it would fit snugly into the sleeve and trimmed off the posts on the back of the eyelash pieces because they wouldn't fit through the holes.
