Spongebob Chip-E

# ChipERemix When I first laid eyes on the yellow Chip-E, I couldn't help but see Spongebob Square Pants staring back at me. My remix of Chip-E features a refitted Spongebob SquarePants Pen holder (designed by Tengu) for the body. Originally, I was going to simply create a "suit" for the Chip-E to wear on top, but I thought it would be too much to print and possibly too heavy. Unfortunately, I don't have all the electronics needed for the chip-E, so I'll need to buy them soon - maybe not in time for the challenge deadline. I really enjoy the process of cutting out precise holes and mounts to make this thing fit as seamlessly as possible. My computer, which renders this design, isn't the greatest...it took some long nights to get it just right. To accommodate both the original top (no holes) and a midsection with holes, I made the head slightly larger. The LCD screen would need to be mounted in the rear. Arms are adjustable, and I'm looking into creating a version 2 of this once I get my electronics in. My goal is to make the hands move robotically, which might require adding more motors...in due time. New Chip-E parts to print include: - Midsection.stl --> Spongbob_Midsection.stl - Base.stl --> Spongbob_base.stl - Shoe_Right.stl & Shoe_Left.stl -->Spongbob_shoes.stl Optional Prints: - spongebob_hands_holder.stl <-- Holds accessories like a spatula and jellyfish net (print original hands here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:182159) - spongebob_head_noholes.stl <!-- if you already have a Chip-E and just want a mask. I did add the "no-face" heads (both with holes and no holes); if your having trouble printing the head upside down because of the nose. If you print this; print the Spongbob_face_separate.stl as well, then glue them together. (Best if you glue it after you put the eyes on to get a snug fit) EXTRA PARTS: You will need 8 more M3x30 M/F Hex Standoff for the head as it is 90mm tall, not the typical 30mm.
