Spoke Tension Meter
thingiverse
This is a user-friendly spoke tension gauge. The gauge relies on readily accessible components to help a wheel builder achieve precise and uniform spoke tension while constructing a bicycle wheel. It can be built using commonly available parts. Printing can be done with any rigid filament like PLA, ABS, Nylon, or even PETG. STEP and F3D files are included for self-adjustment if necessary. Import them into your preferred 3D CAD program. All files have been updated to match STEP, STL, and F3D formats, and a minor problem with the dial indicator lock screw has been fixed. Version 6 clips off the bottom corner of Handle #2 and adds a raised standoff for Handle #1. The M3 screw now requires lengthening to 20 mm.
