Spoke nipple driver for regular and DT Swiss Squorx nipplesThe driver consists of a divisable grip and a crank. The crank is mounted with a M8-bolt so it can spin freely. There are three STL-files for the crank:For using regular (spoke) bits there is a crank wich accepts hex-bits. The crank has a space for placing a small magnet to hold the bit.For driving DT-swiss spokes you can use a TX25 screw which can be glued in the apropriate crank. In the end, I wanted an adjustable centerpin. For this I used a M8 pendant bolt which I drilled a central hole for inserting a wire and a small M3 bolt to secure the wire. For the grip you need the right STL-files which match the length of your bolt. (M8x60 or M8x80mm)For inserting the magnet, you need an 6x2mm Neodynium magnet. Pause the print at the right layer, insert the magnet and resum printing. Use a 0,15mm layer heightMount the crank to the lower part of the grip with a M8x60 bolt (preferably DIN931, with a shank instead of completely threaded). Use a self locking nut or thread locking compound to prevent the nut from loosening. Glue or tape the upper part of the grip to the lower part.Fusion model included so you can adjust it to the nuts and screws in your shed.
