I recommend adjusting the filling density to differentiate the weight of the blade. The one-sided blade should be heavier for optimal performance. The flat face, or inner face of the axe, needs to be even, so I suggest facing it up. For additional information, watch this video: https://youtu.be/WTVAGJDbSQI. If your axe isn't working as expected, try adding a rubber band to the ring beside blade 2 and adjust its position until it's in good working order.
