Split Union Nut - Pentair Intellichlor Salt Cell

This is a remix of 2 1/2" Split Union Nut by Legrand. I modified this design to be used on any of the Pentair Intellichlor Salt Cells. This would eliminate the need to re-plumb the plumbing for your pool, when the original nuts crack/fail. The modifications from the original - Added Outside thickness for durability - Adjusted depth of the face that comes into contact with plumbing flange that is glued onto the existing plumbing. This created a tight seal between the salt cell and the flange. I did replace the o-rings as well. I used 1" - #10-24 Stainless screws and nuts to secure This may also work on the T-Cell-15. You may have to adjust the thread pitch to match the cell.
