The buckle snapped off a backpack's strap. But to our surprise, the strap that was still attached to the broken buckle had a loop sewn into it, permanently linking it to the buckle itself. We separated this into two distinct components and reinforced them with pins and pin-holes for added durability. Now, these two pieces slide together perfectly, with one end fitting snugly into the permanent loop on the strap and the other end super-glued in place! It's working flawlessly. To ensure a smooth print job, clean the pins meticulously after printing. The tolerances between the pins and their receiving holes are quite precise, so test prints are essential to get everything just right. I fine-tuned my model file until it fit perfectly into place! The accompanying photos showcase both parts separately and together in perfect harmony. A small gap is visible in the assembled piece's photo, illustrating how these two pieces slide together seamlessly. When pushed tightly together, this gap disappears entirely. Apply glue to the pins and mating surfaces for a strong bond. If you print this design with the parts upright, supports won't be necessary. The model includes a brim but no raft. This strap adjuster is based on Fishbone's original creation, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1777669
