This is a versatile collar system known as a stop collar or lock collar, also referred to as a drill stop. Its primary function is to securely tighten onto a shaft, effectively preventing any movement or sliding along the length. Both halves of this collar are identical in design, ensuring seamless installation and usability. Included with the STL file is a design for an 8mm shaft, featuring M3 screws and nuts that provide a reliable attachment mechanism.
