Split Ring prusaprinters

Split Ring

prusaprinters trochehol 4764309 Free

2 shapes and 6 sizes each.A removable ring that is harder to use than carabiners. But I wanted a sturdy one with a simple shape, so I designed this. 2 types of data are available for each ring.[Easy-to-Print] ─ Larger tolerance. The end of the ring-line comes off easily.[Hard-to-Print] ─ Smaller tolerance. The end of the ring-line can be held in place. Print InstructionsIf the printed ring sticks together and does not open, try scaling up an Easy-to-Print model in a slicer. (e.g. 120% or more)This will increase the clearance between the inner and outer rings and make it even easier to print.Brims/Rafts ─ Doesn't MatterSupports ─ NoFilament material ─ ABS (or high toughness one) How to UseOpen ─This split ring does not open horizontally. To open it, shift the end of the outer ring-line vertically.Close ─There are notches on both ends of the ring-line to hold them in place. Therefore, the inner end needs to be fitted first to close the ring. The outer end should be fitted last. SizesShape No.* ─ external dimension (and width of ring-line)Circle No.3 ─ DIA14.1 x T2.4 mm (3 mm) ─ similar in size to a fingernailCircle No.4 ─ DIA18.8 x T3.2 mm (4 mm)Circle No.5 ─ DIA23.5 x T4.0 mm (5 mm)Circle No.6 ─ DIA28.2 x T4.8 mm (6 mm) ─ similar in size to a plastic bottle capCircle No.7 ─ DIA32.9 x T5.6 mm (7 mm)Circle No.8 ─ DIA37.6 x T6.4 mm (8 mm)Oval No.3 ─ W19.5 x H14.1 x T2.4 mm (3 mm) ─ similar in size to a fingernailOval No.4 ─ W26.0 x H18.8 x T3.2 mm (4 mm)Oval No.5 ─ W32.5 x H23.5 x T4.0 mm (5 mm) ─ similar in size to an SD cardOval No.6 ─ W39.0 x H28.2 x T4.8 mm (6 mm)Oval No.7 ─ W45.5 x H32.9 x T5.6 mm (7 mm)Oval No.8 ─ W52.0 x H37.6 x T6.4 mm (8 mm)
