This modification of the original Prusa i3 MK2 power supply "Y" bracket allows for attachment after assembly, eliminating the need for disassembly and utilizing only parts from the spares kit. Licensed under the GNU GLP v3 license as the original part, available at http://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm (200 microns) Infill: 20% cubic (default) Post-Printing: Attach the two halves using 2x M3x20 or 2x M3x18 screws. If using 18mm screws, push nuts all the way into holes/nut traps to ensure engagement. Step 1: Assemble the two halves around the M10 threaded rod with M3 screws, installing nuts in holes first. Step 2: Tighten the M10 nut and washer against the bracket. How I Designed This: I modified the original .STL file in Tinkercad. Tinkercad is the only program I know of that can edit .STL files, and this was my first time using it. My public Tinkercad design is available at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2seqK5OTJoT-split-psu-y-bracket-for-prusa-i3-mk2.
