This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 and seamlessly transitions to all other 3D formats with ease. The native format remains .skp, while 3dsmax scene boasts a robust compatibility with 3ds Max 2016, rendering beautifully with Vray 3.00. I meticulously recreated this house plan based on my personal experiences during an extensive house-hunting spree in town. With utmost care, I reimagined the upstairs bathrooms, repurposed the downstairs utility room, created a stunning bay for both the Master Bedroom and the adjacent room downstairs, and ingeniously incorporated a door leading directly to the basement. The ingenious kitchen sink boasts a window bay, offering ample natural light and scenic views of the surrounding environment. Within this very house, I came across a quaint greenhouse that stood out as an undeniable feature. This behemoth house packed 6,000 square feet into an impressively compact space of just 2200 square feet – truly a hoarder's paradise! Unfortunately, its astronomical price tag stands at approximately $250K, and the listing has garnered attention for weeks. I opted to bid adieu to this prospect, citing concerns over the inadequacy of space behind the refrigerator – one which necessitates an awkward alteration of cabinets and granite counters to accommodate its installation. Budget constraints played a decisive role in my decision; it seemed unfeasible at the very upper limits of my financial ceiling. However, I implore you to critique this meticulously crafted plan with me; do pardon the lamentable fact that I can no longer access the coveted rating system that once reigned supreme in its online manifestation. Regrettably, despite being born out of a design in 1978 – undoubtedly making it somewhat outdated – I genuinely appreciate the exceptional layout and ingenious functionality this design showcases. For instance, note how the attached garage, remarkably cluttered as it stands with an incredible four stacked layers of assorted possessions!
