This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8 before being converted to every other 3D format. The native format is .skp and the 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 This house basically follows the plan of a regular home. What sets it apart is that part of the home is raised more than the rest. A split-level house is one where you have a choice right when entering - in this case, immediately upon entering, this house allows just that. The only areas on street level are the garage, foyer, and laundry room. All living/sleeping spaces are located above. The rooms are straightforward, so I'm not listing them individually. The kitchen was designed with a round kitchen table inside it. Formal dining adds extra amenities. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in back. It's obvious this house has a basement as indicated by the windows from below seen in the picture. You can access it through the laundry room. I chose not to bother with it because there was nothing down there - though the water heater and furnace are located there, along with others. The garage is still unexcavated.
