This may be my final model for the time being due to the return of cancer throughout my body. I'm unsure about what actions I'll take next. Taking this into consideration, this is another split-level home that I've created. I genuinely appreciate the design style of these types of houses. This specific home boasts four distinct levels with an intricate elevator system. Users can switch off the lift via a hidden layer to view the refurbished hydraulic lift from an old service station. Additionally, this home features a separate dining area adorned with soffit lighting and a private office accompanied by an expansive storage closet. A convenient mudroom located adjacent to the garage houses both a pantry and bathroom. The theatre area is equipped with 7.1 surround sound and has side-center speakers discreetly integrated into the ceiling. Another notable feature of this home is its multi-purpose room boasting a high 10-foot ceiling, which resides on the lowest level of the property. This house measures approximately 4,000 square feet spread across four levels, but can also be constructed without the bottom floor and an extended garage.
