Split Duet Panels
thingiverse
This is a separate set of panels for 2020 Kossels or other printers with dual-2020 frames. The set includes openings for a mains inlet connector, fuse, on/off switch, light switch, and Duet electronics. It also features access holes for the Reset and Erase buttons of the Duet 0.8.5 or WiFi board, along with a thin section for the LEDs to shine through. This set can be used with a Duet 0.6 board. Choose the version with WiFi or Ethernet depending on your Duet model. This design differs from the original dc42 design in several ways: I've added a hole for a circular switch that controls an LED light strip, split the panels into two separate ones, and added text over the switches and fuse to identify them. The pieces are also fractionally thinner than before. This Thing includes three STL files: one for the power features, one for the Duet WiFi, and one for the Duet 0.8.5 with Ethernet. A matching rear panel at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1617834 supports the back of the board and a 40mm fan for cooling the stepper driver chips. The inlet parts that this design accommodates are Bulgin PX0575/15/63 low profile snap fit IEC mains inlet, Panel mounting 20mm fuse holder, Arcoelectric H8553VBNAO illuminated mains switch, and 20mm circular toggle switch. Before fitting the Duet, check that the Reset and Erase buttons sit properly in their holes to avoid accidentally erasing the firmware. If you need to modify the designs, you can use OpenSCAD to edit the DuetPanels.scad file. Set "WiFi" to 1 for DuetWifi or 0 for Duet Ethernet; uncomment the "include" option on line 22 or 23 to build the Duet front panel or power input panel, respectively. Some variables are held in those files, so you may need to edit them as well.
