Split Collar
thingiverse
I needed a split collar, and my metal ones were all used up, so I decided to give 3D printing a shot. I simply printed the two halves, then tapped the bottom half for 1/4-20 threads. It works fantastic and holds perfect tension on a 3/4" shaft every time. I printed it out of PETG with 100% infill for extra rigidity, and just smoothed out the inside diameter with a sanding attachment on my Dremel.
