This split-level 3D model, compatible with Vray and mentalray in Max 2012, features a pre-set lighting scheme ready for high-end renderings and animations. The scene is highly customizable, allowing adjustments to materials, colors, positioning, and illumination. Employing a linear workflow gamma of 2.2, the Vray setup includes a sun, skylight portals, and a physical camera. Similarly, the mentalray version boasts lighting and camera settings. All visible objects are included in the download, along with materials and textures; four textures are provided.
