This 3D model is split-level, compatible with Vray and mentalray in Max 2012, and comes equipped with a lighting set ready for rendering. The scene caters to high-end renderings and animations, while offering easy customization of materials, colors, disposition, and illumination. Featuring a linear workflow gamma 2.2, it includes Vray sun, skylight portals, and physical camera settings. Mental ray scene also has lighting and camera setups. All objects are included in the archive, along with materials and textures (43 in total).
