This split-level 3D model, created using Max 2012 with Vray and mental ray rendering options, comes complete with a lighting set ideal for high-end renderings and animations. Easily customizable features include materials, colors, disposition, and illumination, all in a linear workflow gamma 2.2 environment. Vray sun, skylight portals, and physical camera settings are properly configured for rendering. The mental ray scene includes lighting and camera setups as well. All visible objects are included in the archive along with materials and textures; there are even five provided textures to enhance your project.
