The 3D model includes a split level design, available in multiple formats and accompanied by a lighting setup for rendering purposes. It's suitable for high-quality renderings and animations. The scene is customizable with adjustable materials, colors, positioning, and lighting. It features a linear workflow gamma 2.2 Vray sun, skylight portals, and a Vray physical camera that are already set up and ready to render. Additionally, there's also a Mental Ray scene with its lighting and camera properly set up. The archive contains all visible objects, along with the materials and textures needed. There are six included textures.
