This split-level 3D model is available in multiple formats, including MAX with Vray and standard materials, 3DS, Cinema 4D, FBX, OBJ, DAE, WRL. The scene features easily customizable materials, colors, dispositions, and lighting, making it perfect for high-end renderings and animations. It comes with a pre-set lighting set, ready to render using Vray's sun, skylight portals, and physical camera. A mental ray scene is also provided with its own lighting and camera settings. While some import formats may require texture reassignment, all textures coordinates are preserved. The model includes 33 textures and is ready for Cinema 4D rendering.
