UPDATE: 2020/12/09 Uploaded an alternative lower volume chip tray (NewVersion_ChipTray_LowVolume_alt.stl). This uses much less filament. Note that I have not printed this myself, so print with caution. I don't forsee any issues with printing it. So you can either print the NewVersion_ChipTray.stl, or use the new NewVersion_ChipTray_LowVolume_alt.stl - it's your choice. UPDATE: 2020/04/24 I decided to recreate the insert completely from scratch in order to reduce the difficulty of such a big print. To this end, I've created a more modular set of trays that can simply be taken out of the box and placed on the table, ready to play. The new card trays are definitely large enough to support premium thickness sleeves, and the box lid now closes flush with the base. The internal dimensions of the box are: 265 x 205 x 63mm. The new version files are all named "NewVersion_xyz.stl". If you still want to print the old version, use the Splendor_Part_1_Solid_Sleeved.stl and Splendor_Part_2_Solid_Sleeved.stl files. Otherwise, ignore them. UPDATE: 2020/04/26 - Fixed missing chamfer on NewVersion_CardTray_x4.stl. The below is Obsolete Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/spastacles excellent Splendor insert. I sleeve my cards (using Mayday standard sleeves 63.5 MM X 88 MM MDG7041), so I remixed this to support sleeved cards. I rejigged some of slot widths to handle the extra padding from the sleeves. Note that I also had to increase the height of the insert to 66mm so the sleeved cards would fit vertically. This does mean that in my box, the lid sits some 2 or 3mm higher it normally would when you include the rule book. Note that this does not support premium thickness cards. I printed mine using the solid with 4% rectilinear infill 0.25mm spacing and 0 bottom layers with a 4mm brim, but feel free to experiment with the hollow model and supports. It uses a LOT of filament either way. Total print time for me was about 10 hours + 15 hours. UPDATE: 2019/10/13 - Added cutaway thumb slots to the token/tile slots as requested. I've also added an extra 2mm to the sleeved card slots. They still won't fit premium thickness sleeves, but there'll be just a touch more room there.
