Splendor Insert (Including Cities)

I created an insert for Splendor and Cities of Splendor that will fit in one box. Included are two versions. The solid versions can be printed with infill, they will take less time but use more filament, and probably be sturdier. The Support version is after a 1.5mm shell is applied to the bottom of the solid, support will be needed to print and it will take a few hours longer but use about 30% less filament. Dec 30 2018 Made the finger slots on part one consistent. Removed old version. Dec 29 2018 Added a new version of Part One that includes a four millimeter larger Nobles section and half a millimeter larger card sections. (still won't support sleeved cards) Oct 20 2018 Added a new version of Part Two that includes a thumb hole to remove the cities boards.
