This Crash Bandicoot-inspired lamp is here to knock your socks off. It's powered by an E14 light bulb and comes equipped with a standard ~27mm outer thread diameter cord set, complete with a loose power cord - just like the one shown in the pictures. The base of this lamp has been weighted using plaster, but feel free to get creative and use whatever material you like inside its two cavities. When it comes to gluing things together, cyanoacrylate or epoxy are your best bets. Before you start hooking up any electrical components, make sure to test the threads on the head part with a file. This will ensure a smooth fit when attaching the bulb holder. And remember, always follow local laws and regulations regarding electrical work - we don't want anyone getting zapped! Assembling this beauty is a breeze: 1. Print all the parts 2. Paint the teeth of the head part white 3. Insert the weight into the base and seal up those cavities with glue (don't forget to use some strong stuff!) 4. Feed the power cord through the base and stem 5. Thread in that E14 lamp holder and connect the cord and strain relief - easy peasy! 6. Glue the stem to the base, then attach the head 7. Add a few finishing touches with some glue (Base Center Cover, anyone?) 8. Get creative with boiling water and shape those leaves just right 9. Attach the leaves to the stem 10. Pop in that bulb 11.
