Spitfire Propeller 1:4 scaled model

Spitfire Propeller Designed in Autocad 3D on a 1:4 Scale Model The root hub is carefully crafted to fit snugly into the spinner, boasting a 3.4cm diameter circle. From the root to the tip of this intricate design measures an impressive 375mm or 14.76 inches. This highly detailed model comes in five distinct parts, which are precision-glued together using Loctite 406 superglue specifically designed for plastics. To ensure accuracy, users can easily scale up or down according to their needs. For instance, a 1:8 model requires dividing the full-scale dimensions by two. For optimal printing results, we recommend the following settings: * Vertical walls should be printed using 2 shells and an infill of honeycomb or rectilinear patterns at a density of 5%. * Bottom and top layers should be solidly printed with three layers each. * To achieve smooth, sharp prints, particularly at the trailing edge of the blade, maintain a print speed of approximately 50mm/s throughout. Estimated filament requirements for one blade on a 1:4 scale model range between 15 meters to 25 meters (49ft to 82ft) of 1.75mm filament. To prevent warping, we highly recommend printing with PLA.
