Follow the official blog post: https://www.prusaprinters.org/?p=8875&preview=true The assembly process is straightforward, requiring minimal description. To begin, 3D print the necessary files and add supports during the printing of the sheep model. Next, click the printed sheep onto the spool's frontage, using super glue if required to secure it in place. It's essential to position the sheep exactly as shown in the accompanying image, ensuring that the hexagon pins align with the hexagonal pattern. Insert the bearing into both the top and bottom parts of the spool and slide them onto the rod. Finally, push the assembled spool with the attached sheep on top into place. This completes the assembly process! The challenging aspect lies in capturing the zoetrope effect, which can be achieved by synchronizing the shutter speed with the spinning speed. To test this, simply start recording and manually spin the zoetrope. As it slows down, you'll experience the effect for a brief moment. However, the result is truly impressive. Feel free to adjust the zoetrope using a stepper motor and transfer gears to maintain a consistent speed, making it easier to match the camera's shutter speed. https://www.dominikcisar.cz https://www.model3D.cz
