I am designing a spirograph machine that utilizes 3D printing technology for all its components, excluding the M2 nut and bolt used to secure a pen to the handler. The majority of the pieces can be printed at a resolution of 0.32, however I highly recommend increasing the resolution to at least 0.2 for the bolt areas and 0.16 for the nuts in order to achieve optimal results. To save both time and money, you have the option of printing certain pieces without the top or bottom layers, similar to my own approach. # Piece Details ### Printed Without Top or Bottom Layers (Except on Threaded Areas) - 1 x Base Center - 1 x Small Arm Base - 2 x Arm Bases - 2 x Spur Gear 50 - 1 x Spur Gear 40 - 2 x Connecting Rods ### Printed Without Top Layer, but with Flat Side on Bottom - 1 x Spur Gear 80 - Resolution: 0.32 ### Remaining Pieces - 1 x Pen Holder - Recommended Resolution: 0.2 - 1 x Big Nut - Recommended Resolution: 0.16 - 5 x Nuts - Recommended Resolution: 0.16
