I didn't want to print a complete wand, but I wanted lights and room for regular mini switches instead. The LED light shades are available at Digikey, along with their cad files. I converted those files into STL files and printed them because I was impatient. They turned out fine, not as good as the original, but decent enough. I print my models very slowly, at 100% infill and 0.06 mm layers. It took about 15 minutes to print each one. For the CLB model, I made a 1/4" hole, while for the CMC model, it was 9/32". I used two CMC models, with one in the original switch hole (clear) and the other right beside it (yellow). The three CLB's I used were placed beside the Clippard valve (clear), at the front end (red) of the wand, and beside the green hose (red). The box for the switches is designed to fit onto the original Spirit Halloween wand after cutting off the old box flush with the square that holds it in place. The picture should help clarify things. Cutting the box off required a combination of flush cutters and a file. There's plenty of plastic left over to glue the new box onto, so it should be very sturdy. I use Lepage Ultra Gel Control (available in Canada) for PLA prints. In the US, it's known as Loctite Ultra Gel Control.
