Spirit Halloween Animatronic 24-14 Gear

This is the 24:14 reduction gear used in the Spirit Halloween Forest Demon and Hanging Hell Fiend Animatronic decorations. Although these are impressive props, they are also cheaply made and vulnerable to gear stripping. The gear is intended for a 3mm shaft but may need to be enlarged with a 1/8 inch drill bit due to print limitations. After an exhaustive search online failed to yield replacement parts, I designed one that functions properly.
