Spiralize/Vase Mode Modular Drawers
thingiverse
I remixed these designs so they can be printed in vase mode using a 1mm nozzle at a 0.8mm layer height, as well as with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. The sleeve has been resized to fit the length of the drawers perfectly. I've also created a larger version that's scaled up by 130%. I added a back to the sleeve featuring a hex pattern to boost strength and stability while using minimal material. This ensures the drawers won't ever slide out the back, resulting in significant increases in strength and rigidity. When printing with a 1mm nozzle, the sleeves will no longer fit together smoothly (they work well with a standard 0.4mm nozzle). I use a small amount of glue to hold multiple units together. While this method isn't as convenient, it works fine and allows me to print a sleeve and drawer in about 45 minutes when using a 1mm nozzle in vase mode. If you need the sleeves to fit together seamlessly, simply use a standard nozzle.
