Spiral vase with weighted base
prusaprinters

A small vase with a weight base. Since the vase is made in vase/spiral mode it is very light so it tips. I utilized my weighted base (insert 12mm hex nut at layer 54) with an optional hole that you can insert a 2MM rolling thread (plastic thread cutting) from the top inside so when you glue the two parts it is held together firmly until the glue is dry.

Included

2 vase models and base

1 plain

2 with pin hole for 2mm screw

3 Base

Print info

Vase part done in vase mode with 5 solid bottom layers

Base done with .2 resolution with 15-20 % infill (insert nut at layer 54)

Glue both parts together use screw if you wish

.4 nozzle

.2 resolution

PLA

Nozzle @ 205

Heat bed @ 60
