Spiral Key

Spiral Key

thingiverse

I recently watched Gurren Lagann and decided to make a toy for my kids using my Thing-O-Matic 3D printer. I replicated the actual image by creating a threaded cone. The toy is made of glow in the dark ABS plastic, and I added chrome/silver paint with a pen. It has a base that securely holds the drill bit. Printing took approximately an hour and a half at 50% fill without sanding or touching up. The design was created using Tinkercad, and you can edit it online. Simply print, assemble, share, and enjoy! https://tinkercad.com/p/acc0476f1285eca1/64
