I'm struggling with designing a custom-colored spiral DNA jigsaw puzzle due to some challenges I've faced in finding an effective method for creating one. The STL file is enormous, mainly because the jigsaw cut lines have numerous points on them. Decreasing the resolution results in jagged edges that don't visually appeal.
