Fully enclosed spiral cone turbine, attach to a generator/motor to get output, attach to a tethered pole to get it up high in wind or use as ground generator for a wind catcher tower, or as ocean/hydro generator or gasoline/oil burner hot-air/steam generator, can be made as inflatable/helium umbrella balloon from foil/plastic to be self supporting with minimal weight or can be electroformed/plated into metal coated/made turbine, spiral blades are tilted so that it has minimal resistance to generation rotation direction and maximum wind catch to the generation rotation direction, making it work both primarily as horizontal axis wind turbine and secondarily as vertical axis wind turbine, while also making the generation most efficient possible. Can also be used as an enclosed solar heat collection target, either by volume heat conduction or solar concentration cone/lens. Can also be used as enclosed floating volume water-wheel for amphibious cars/vehicles, with either directional/upright blades, and the blade arcs working as airless leaf springs replacing air tubes in standard wheels. The cone shape can be used as a simple tent cot or an inflatable escape pod/pad. Can be a spinning inverted iceberg/island generator tethered to the bottom of ocean/river or free platform with weights on the tip.
