Spinny Square
pinshape
This concept has really caught my attention. I envision a cube with rounded edges that allows for smooth spinning on any side, giving users the freedom to spin it wherever and whenever they please. If you find this idea intriguing, I'd love it if you could upload a print of it and share your thoughts on anything else I can create. I'm proud to say that my 3D printing setup consists of a Monoprice Mini printer, which has served me well in bringing this design to life. The Cura splicing software is another essential tool in my arsenal, allowing me to fine-tune the print settings to perfection. When it comes to material selection, I opt for PLA at a temperature of 190°C, yielding exceptional results every time. For added precision, I set the layer height to 0.1mm for intricate details or 0.2mm when speed is a priority. With an infill density of 20% at minimum, I'm confident that my prints meet the highest standards. If you're lucky enough to have a heated bed, feel free to utilize it – although I don't think it will make a significant difference in this particular print.
