I crafted a replacement "flyer" for my friend's wheel using Sketchup. I added her initials on the hub and provided the file for modifications. I printed two versions - PLA and cherry wood fiber - at 50% scale with a layer height of 0.27mm on my Rep2 printer. The wooden part takes time to harden fully, which aids in customizing the fit around the axle when installing.
