This little toy I created for my niece is actually three distinct types of fish all rolled into one: Sawfish, Starfish, and Shellfish. When you flip it over, the starfish surprisingly turns into a spinning top. Simply place it in the scallop and use the sawfish's nose to spin the starfish inside the shellfish.
