I created a new model of my previous top by adding socket for a 7mm ball bearing in the tip. It spins 100% better now!The top half should be printed with "support on build plate only.” Assembly: press ball bearing into bottom point. Apply glue to bottom of top half and bearing shaft, slide on 608 bearing,  apply glue to bottom half, join and allow to set. I used two part epoxy glue.
