Spinning Top
thingiverse
I tried making a metal spinning top for 3d printing, inspired by those super rare and expensive ones. Creating one from bronze/metal filled material would be an awesome experiment. To make it work, print the whole thing solid or with a high infill percentage - no supports needed, just glue the two parts together with CA. The pointy end has a 2mm wide/deep hole to fit snugly inside a small steel ball bearing. A ballpoint pen tip might also do the trick.
