Spinning Revolver Pen Pencil Holder

This is a re-mix from DigChaos. I liked the look, but when I printed it, things didn't quite work out as planned. So, I started over and redesigned everything in Fusion360 from scratch. I added my own twists to make it more user-friendly for printing without supports. I also included a spot to put your name on it. You can customize the base using the included Fusion360 file with a NAME. I've made six of these so far, and while the parts are a bit snug, they fit together nicely. The pin may have a Z seam that needs to be sanded down for smooth assembly. This depends on your slicer and printer settings. To assemble this project, you'll need two skateboard bearings with the model number 6900ZZ, measuring 10 x 22 x 6 mm, Deep Groove Ball Bearings. These might require some force to fit into the cylinder due to their tight tolerance. I used a screwdriver to gently push the first bearing into place. Original Upload: July 28, 2019 August 15, 2019 A new version with six holes was added for your choice between seven or six hole cylinders. September 2, 2019 The Fusion360 file for the base with a customizable name has been uploaded.
