A spinning pumpkin surprise waits to spook trick-or-treaters on Halloween night! A motor and switch or other activation method will be needed to surprise trick-or-treaters as they approach. A small, 6V geared motor that spins from 50 to 80 rpm is recommended, powered off two AA batteries connected in parallel. Assembly involves inserting the motor with gearbox into the base (blue stand in picture), then connecting the gear to the shaft with a press-fit. Next, take the large pin with a round bottom (pink in the image) and push it through the crown gear, ensuring that the hexagonal shaft area sticks out of the side with teeth. After that, place the two smaller pins into the crown gear and connect them to the pumpkin. Then, place the lid of the pumpkin on top of the base of the pumpkin and push the stem through the lid into the base of the pumpkin. You're done!
