Made sure all components are oriented correctly and lie flat on the bed. Outer halves are now evenly divided. The two halves of the heart need to be glued together. The inner heart is attached to the base with glue. The outer heart will spin freely without glue around the inner heart. A 4x6 photo must be trimmed to fit into the cutaway tabs.
