This design boasts an array of 3 or 4 outline style Christmas stars that spin independently along the central shaft. The shaft stretches from the smallest star to the outer stars, culminating in the mount / end cap. The result is a truly innovative approach to Christmas Star decorations. This project features a straightforward and easy-to-print single piece design that requires minimal filament while producing a sophisticated rotating decoration. Two versions and two sizes of each type are available: Hanging - This version includes a top mounting hole, allowing it to be hung up. Provided files cater for 3 stars (116mm x 120mm) or 4 stars (153mm x 158mm). Tree - Designed to sit atop a Christmas Tree, this decoration features a thin hole running through its center, enabling it to be securely mounted on artificial trees with a top stem of approximately 4mm in diameter. Alternatively, insert a rod or skewer into the base's hole and secure it to the tree's top stem using wire, cable ties, or similar means. Files are available for 3 stars (116mm x 133mm) or 4 stars (153mm x 164mm). With an accurate slicing app and a precisely set up machine, this design should allow all parts to move freely off the build plate once the Raft is removed. Scaling up should pose no problem; however, scaling down by more than about 5% may result in fused parts that are unable to spin independently. Print one for your tree's top and multiple ones to hang from it or display elsewhere as vibrant, colorful, and unique decorations for use throughout the Christmas season.
