<p>Here is an over engineered carousel organizer; with over 60 parts.</p><p>Don't be intimidated though, everything prints without support and no glue or extra hardware is needed for assembly.&nbsp;</p><p>It's a pretty rugged design, inspired by old carousel bearings meant to hold the weight of the amusment ride on its center post.</p><p>The top and bottom main pieces can be printed at 0.3mm in order to speed up the printing time. I'm pretty sure everything would be fine printed at 0.3mm but I printed at 0.2 for everything but the two large pieces.</p><p>The top base (widest piece) fits the MK3S printbed. You would need to scale everything down a bit to fit on a mini. Use the slicer to reduce all the parts to 85% and you should be fine.</p><p>I added a color change, via the slicer, to the bottom base tower (the pen cup) to print it as two-tone.</p><p>There are 20 axels and 20 rollers for the bottom base and 18 rollers for the top base.</p><p>Once you have all parts printed, assemble as follows:</p><p>Slide a bottom axel through one of the bottom base side holes. As you slide the axel through, slip a bottom roller on to the axel. Push the axel as far as it will go such that its head (with the star) touches the outside of the bottom base. The other end of the axel rest on the u-shaped mounting block. Repeat 19 more times until all axels and rollers are installed.</p><p>Place the axel locking ring over all 20 axels such that the u-shaped portions of the locking ring go over the indented portion of the axels.</p><p>Next install the 18 vertical rollers onto the top base axels.&nbsp;</p><p>Place the top base spiral axel lock onto the top of the vertical axels.</p><p>Optional: melt the filament pieces sticking out of the axel ring lock to rivet the axels to the locking ring. The piece works fine if you dont want to do this part.</p><p>Finally slip the top base over bottom base.</p><p>Have fun spinning your pens and stuff.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
