Spinner top
thingiverse
Yet another spinner top which comes in three separate parts that require some assembly and gluing. It performs remarkably well, despite being printed with light settings. I used 20% infill, resulting in a relatively low mass, but it was still fantastic and fun to play around with. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Extended Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.1 mm in z Infill: 20% Notes: Advisable to use a brim in order to avoid warping on part one and two. I used PLA for the print. Post-Printing Some trimming of the bottom tip might be needed (depending on the printer performance) in order to get a good spinning action. How I Designed This I designed this spinner top in Autodesk Fusion 360 with great precision and care.
