Spinner Bearing Remover for 608 Standard
thingiverse
A tool designed to safely extract 608 standard bearings from spinners, damaging neither the bearing nor the spinner itself. This is my rendition of a bearing remover, I highly recommend using a vice in conjunction with this for optimal results, as a rubber/plastic hammer should also prove effective. There exists a similar tool on thingiverse, but I lacked a central pole to easily align the bearing with the center, so I created this from scratch - don't even think about accusing me of copying it, aside from the fundamental concept. If there's an issue with the mechanical design that I've overlooked, please let me know and I'll make the necessary adjustments, as this is a preliminary version that will be refined if needed. I suggest utilizing 0.1mm layers with 100% infill if you're seeking a sturdy print, while the plunger diameter is precisely 22mm - let me know if you require a version with some flexibility. A 50%-75% fill should suffice for light use. Enjoy and please refrain from copying or selling without first consulting me!
