The two circles on the sides are intended to serve as caps that appear upside-down. It's supposed to be possible to insert small balls into the four doughnut-shaped rings. The balls should also be able to move, allowing users to fiddle with them while spinning the spinner. I'm unclear about several factors, including the printing time, dimensions, and material requirements.
