This is a fake spindle to hold a pen, which I designed for my Cyclone Factory PCB build at Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:49484). Drawing the PCB board first before milling can be helpful, as well as checking XY gear ratio. A related video on Z Probe and Milling is available here (http://youtu.be/mdT-6VdgRn0). For printing, no supports are needed, with 15% infill and a layer height of 0.2mm.
